The hotel had comfortable rooms, complimentary water daily, and a very good breakfast. However, the rooms were quite dark due to small windows.
Staying at the hotel was a bit pricy with the double occupancy rate charged despite the system's error, but it did provide access to all the minibar treats. The service, especially from the staff at the airport, was exceptionally helpful and kind, even preparing a special pizza for us. The location was quite convenient, close to local transport and a shopping mall with great outlet stores nearby. The dining experience was pleasant with a nice variety, and the facilities offered were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were absolutely quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks and chocolates provided in the room and at the bar. However, the light switches behind the pillows on the twin beds were a bit inconvenient, leading to accidental light switches on. The temperature in the room was comfortable below 20°C.
